patience, keeping a cool head while all about is confusion, ready cash for per diums and sudden strange requests from the bass player, cool ideas for fun on our days off and most importantly... a pat on the back for hard workers at the begining, during and the end of any working day! All it takes is a quiet thanks.

absolutely agree with Dave, Patience, ability to work under pressure with a smile for everyone, don't be a d******d, dig into the contingency fund when the guys have pulled a difficult show together and buy them some beers at the hotel. Always appreciate what shit everyone os sometimes having to deal with , listen to the moans and try and do something about it. , but don't be afraid to put your foot down when someone is taking the piss
